I honestly don't know if this thread was supposed to be a joke or not...  But I've got tears in my eyes cuz I've been laughing out loud at it!  I think I'm going to up my intake to 8 sticks of butter a day!!!  That should be a Saturday Night Live skit!!!

A buddy of mine eats farts, and is super ripped. 

I know this because someone ripped one at the gym the other day, and two guys next to him put their thumbs to their forhead, and said "not it," which meant my buddy ate the fart. 

It's too easy.

I don`t eat that. The SwedishViking dude does that.

Works for him though.


He's only 23 years old so his body is running high in test and can adjust to the diet.


When he gets my age, that will be the real test because that's when all that test begins to drop
