I'm sorry that some of you can't accept that my diet works...  

If you can initially get past the "shock" of WHAT I eat, you'll be able to see that I don't eat huge amounts of it all.  If I added it all up, yesterday I'm sure I only had about 1800 cals...  

AS LONG AS YOU ARE IN A CALORIE DEFICENT YOU CAN EAT PRETTY MUCH WHAT YOU WANT AND WILL STILL LOSE WEIGHT OBVIOUSLY YOU KNOW THAT

Yeah, not too cold though.  I also had a nice chardonnay riesling blend last week...really good combination...definitely one of my new favorites.  Love the Australian wines.
