You need to lose at least 30-40 lbs,you are carrying too much bodyfat.

na not that much...i think 25ish..but u could be right..I might look bigger when im more cut...but im training for a show that is in may...im gonna diet this comming jan...i did it before but i dieted to late and lost too fast. i droped 20lbs in 3 weeks. doing like 2 hours od cardio a day and dieting strict. im gonna go slower. thanks though
