Thanks Ryan. In my humble opinion-Realistically, He is 5'7".....He needs to be close to 190 to nail it.

Yeah,
Mcquay looks pretty big here.. His legs look to be very big already. Hard to imagine him at 190, but considering the trend of the sport, I feel that he has to distribute 12-14 new pounds of muscle over that physique.

It would certainly be the ticket given his "lines". Lights out...PRO CARD..

I have a friend, Jody Ramos, MM pro who saw Stan when He did the 99' world's. Jody was on His way to becoming a Pro Champ, till Stan took center stage. He seemed to come from a member of the pack to a standout. Right around the same time Ronnie did His thing. In His early MM days He always took a back seat to the Tito's and Dixon's of MM, but when He made that fantastic transformation, something was added to the stew. He should go where the $$$ is, if He's hasn't yet.

Once again, thanks for your vote of confidence! I was 176 lbs. in that pick, (on stage at around 180 lbs.) It has been two years now and I have put on a solid 15 more pounds of muscle. I will be much more comfortable this year since I don't have to STRESS about getting down to 176 and lookin "stringy" as some of you have referred to me.....but it's all good! It is true though, I am too tall for the middle weight class.

I have been training with and under the guidance of Kevin Levrone. He has been a great inspiration to me and a helluva a training partner and coach. If anyone knows how to grow into a show.....he sure as hell does....he was the king of it. Wish me luck!

I remember that time! What ever happened to Jody Ramos by the way? I remember about 5 years ago when Stan competed in his last MM and beat both Jody and Dixon, but other then that I don't remember Jody ever competing again. Haven't heard much about Tito either after his decline at the 2002 USA's taking 5th and Stan coming in 1st.

I don't represent any danger at all to Cory. Jumpstart doesn't represent any danger at all to Stan.. He is a harmless person that really appreciates McQuays looks, and deep down he respects the work he has done to achieve that physique.

I dont like my threads being hi-jacked by Jumpstart either, but I truly belive that you guys have watched one-too-many cheesy-B Rated movies like "Fear" with Mark Wahlberg. It is fashionable these days to label people as "Psychos & Stalkers" simply because they adore someone.

Bottom line is that Stan has enough on his mind, and the biggest contest of his life, to be told by us that "His family is in danger"... To suggest that "His family is in danger" is childish & inflammatory..
Let him focus on the show. He WILL win the LHW division !!
I Can't wait to see the extra 15 pounds... I get pumped up just thinking about him finally winning his pro-card.

This really got me thinking that since I admire and respect Stan and want to please him I should no longer post up anything else of his. No one cares to see him anyway except for me. To stalk him as you refer it? Maybe I am but i'm no one who wants to harm him. It conflicts what I beleive in. Stan? I'm sorry for the obsession but I see you as the perfect physique any guy should shoot for and admire alike.
