I'd heard about him not competing that year because of a hand injury. But ninjas?!? Did he seriously say he was attacked by f**king ninjas? Wrong, the original story back in 97 was that is was about 5 Asian men, then just all rumors, it spun out of control and became "ninjas". due to the fact they had "screaming sticks". Basically it was a suppose to be an "attempted carjacking" of his 750iL BMW with the FLEXX license plates.

Imagine if you will, a diesel Jim Kelly bobbing and weaving  against untrained bad guys with the car door of a 7 series open, with Snoop Dog blasting. There is your fight scene.
    Check the 1997 BFTO, Flex magazines at the time, his story at the 97 Olympia, where Flex said he was a "Force of Nature" . Flex yiou should be writing the script for the Edd Gordo movie, "One Cool Brazilian".
