i think this contest has been nothing but positive stuff for all that entered and everyone else around here.

everyone has learnt stuff about their body, but i think the most interesting stuff is in the area of nutrition.

alex, you've walked your talk, well done!

curious to know what exactly you learned from adonis. did you try any of his ideas on nutrition?

I don't incorporate the Adonis principals but maybe sometime in the future might try them. Adonis brought to my attention that I was overeating and undertraining. Thanks to him I saw that my before pictures where better than my after. $:-\$ But now I am on the right path. Like Daddywaddy I don't believe in overtraining.

Everytime I go to the gym and am about to start an exercise or if I get stuck doing something, I always ask myself 'What would the great Alexxx do?' and then do what I think you'd have done. You're my inspiration and hopefully, one day I'll be about a 10th of what you are
