I eat and ate Krispy Kreme and Ben and Jerry everyday.

Chips Ahoy cookies too. And Steak and Gourmet fish and lots of stuff off of the food network, Cake....The list goes on and on.

Trust me.  It is simple and I can guarantee the lowest possible bodyfat with ZERO muscle loss. 

I have validation to prove that I lost ZERO muscle.  I just have to find a way to convert files....

This comparison is the pinnacle of who Adam really is.  Kind of like the character Ben Stiller played in Dodgeball.  Adonis even calls people fat and stupid from time to time just like that character does in that movie. Man, I couldnt get that fat even if I tried as I bet the same for 90% of guys on here that are even moderatly active.  I guess along with having their physical health, they likely have their mental health in check too. Unlike our fat freind Adonis... And I dont care if you're in shape now. For a young guy like yourself who works out, it shouldnt matter what you eat, you shouldnt look that bad.  I'm gonna call disordered eating on this one!
Once Adonis resorts back to his normal habits, he will be just another fat guy apporaching hypertension and diabetes again.  In the meantime, he will pat himself on the back and get kudos from all his sychophants on this board.... A true mystery to me.
