Its a simple opp that can be done under local , it just removing the gland and should be covered by Health Insurance (BOB?) over here you could get it done via the public health system , but you would probibly have to wait a month or 2 or get a private doc do it for around 500-600 bucks !!!

i paid for mine out of pocket when i was 18 ($2100.00) so a 30 something year old bodybuilder shouldnt be avoiding this and recovery wasnt even that bad or long.
