So now I "obviously juice". Sorry to disappoint, but no I don't take steroids.

As I have stated before It's not my fault you all suck. I graduated H.S. at 200 with a 30 inch waist. Now as a grown man I'm 240+ with a 35 inch waist. Iv'e been muscular since the 8th grade, that's just the way it is. I got lucky in the muscle department, my dad was the same exact way, dude had 18+ solid arms and ate crumbcake on the couch. what do you want, a fvcking apology.

I also notice everyone is "fat" now to Adonis because he looks like he was in Auschwitz for 2 years.


Alex23 looking swole bro!!!  When Adonis bulks up he looks like the pudgy kid that has no friends. He does not have the capability to be large AND muscular. with him it's one or the other, because he is genetically inferior to levathians like us.

Same here man, I was 202, 5'9" on my 18th birthday... allways been muscular... what can I tell you... I'm 242 now and yea I'm not lean "bodybuilding wise" but hey I'm 16 weeks out... 

During my football years I used to bet with the line backers on how hard I could get hit from opposite sides at once, from a 20' run... made 150$ in one night...  got nick named steele block... so that's why when I get called "dorm fridge" on the V board, could care less..

Thanks man. I'm a lifetime natty - have not popped one pill to date. I bust my ass in the gym and have been for about 7 years now. It's always basic heavy, compound movements with lots of drop setting and high volume. The one thing I need to work on, to bring it up on par with the rest of my physique is my hamstrings. I'll be working on that from now till next year. But my back, Quads, calves, arms, shoulders and chest are my strong points. Good luck to all you bitches next year, but either Groink or me will be winning it on behalf of the SQUAD 8)
