like i said, if it's "very common" then why aren't you 200lbs.?
I have never trained heavy on my legs. Never said otherwise. I always had to make weight when I was younger and having light, fast legs was a priority. Just cuz I am not over 200 doesn't mean anything. many people at my gym are. My best friend is well over 200 and ripped.

I do train them, but they are not very big. Maybe running so much breaks them down, I really don't know why they don't respond as well as other peoples.

I'll never stop running. I have been for 20 years. I do squat, I just never go above 315 for 12.

Most naturals are not 200 pounds ripped, thats funny if you think that, maybe there are a few natural pros that are but that is a rare occurance
Goudy is ripped at around 215 lb, and most of that mass is in his upper body. I could see him weighing a very lean 230-240 once he gets his legs bigger.

TA told me once that is was impossible to be ripped at 240. Maybe so, I don't know. But now he is saying impossible at 200 just cuz he weighs 150 now.
