Game Over Book
The Final Showtime Cut Diet You'll Ever Need!
July 25, 2006 - by Ron Avidan

    • Marc Lubliner, president of Scivation, stopped by my offices and presented me with the new book that he helped write with his friends Chuck Rudolph and Derek Charlebois. Since I am a little overweight (ok, don't say it), a book that will get me in more shape while sitting at my desk all day long sounded interesting to me (ok, fine, so I can wish that). But I like Marc's writing technique (he used to work for Weider), and so myself and others in the office started to read it.

And we liked it. The book, 94 pages long, is written simply, and designed via 7 chapters that break down the ideas and diet, training and supplemention quite simple. Here are the chapters and their titles.

      1. Building Your Best Body Efficiently
      2. The Three Corners of the Results Pyramid
      3. Cut Diet Principles
      4. Cut Diet Training
      5. Essential Cut Diet Supplementation
      6. The Cut Diet
      7. Dailing it in for the Big Day & the Secret Techniques

Here is part of the foreword by Douglas Kalman: We all want it, yes, many people in fact envy others that have it - can you guess what I am alluding to? That's right, a fit body that is muscular, ripped and looks like the part of a physique competitor. It is not that easy to just get in shape and look the part. However, there are sure-fire ways to make you genetics and lifestyle work for you. If you are looking to sure up your physique, if you are looking to make that last leap from gym effort to fully looking the part, or if you are looking for physique improvement for your next contest, look no further than this book.
