this is awesome one of the masses that knew dex when he was on the grind at baileys powerhouse, even helped with a couple of his physicals, gosh its always a blessing to see a person come up from struggle and make it that far , DEX you deserve it, keep God in your heart and you will continue to be blessed, Jay thank you for showing the tenacity to make it there your not out it just makes the O now no longer a give me, go get em next year, Phil you will get yours I’m sure keep doing you and it’ll happen, I don’t believe that was Ronnie who sent the above notes he’s a grown mature man, Oh yeah and 8time BIG O champ who rewrote many a page on freakiness so to the doppleganger being negative grow up and to the REAL Ronnie thank you King Coleman for the GREAT 8 you will NEVER be forgotten..Give love and support back to female bodybuilding, Bev Francis for IFBB muscle maidens rep …

Jay should retire from bodybuilding and become a mountain climber because when he’s climbing the mountain,he’s 100 % focus but after he gets to the top,he doesn’t want to stay long at the top of the mountain and walk straight down just like what he did with his Mr.Olympia.He looked awesome everytime he placed 2nd,but then after he won,his body is as soft as baby skin.Even my 2 year old baby is harder,ripper,and more vascular than hin
