    Competitors from around the glove gathered in Las Vegas, Nevada to compete for the prestigious title of 2003 Ms. Fitness World. The final winner was Elsa Lautala, with Karen Elliot being the first runner up., Sarah Harding being the second runner up, Martyna Rapp being the third runner up, and Theresa Ruff being the fourth runner up.
