Women's Fitness & Bodybuilding
For more information, call (800) 877-5549
Although a basic beginning magazine, I found it to be enjoyable, although not as hardcore as other magazines. It has an excellent article on Melissa Mok, from Canada. Also, it has training info from Bev Francis, and much other info, sectioned into training, body plan, pictures, people, and places, and beauty & soul.
Published by Starlog Press, this bi-monthly new magazine features fitness and bodybuilding women from different areas, mostly amatuer, in pictures, articles, and interviews. This is a basic magazine for women who are into bodybuilding, but not as hardcore.
