- Thanks to Bill Comstock, for taking an awesome picture of Jay two weeks from the Arnbold at the 2004 Ironman Pro Seminar. He was weighing 272 pounds in the picture. Jay has just fininshed filming his pre-Arnold training video due out this summer.
