February 17, 2005

  • An old friend came back into town this week. Moe Moussawi, now living in Aukland, New Zealand, became an IFBB Pro after winning the 2004 Mr. New Zealand, first in the heavyweight division and winning the overall. While not in contest shape, Moe showed that he still keeps fit and trains six days a week. Moe plans on competing next year in his first pro show, the 2006 Ironman Pro, and will be at the 2005 Ironman to check it out.

Moe is also in town to help out his friend, Tosef El-Zein, who himself won the IFBB Mr. Lebanon a few years back, and is competing in his first pro show, the 2005 Ironman Pro. Yosef is currently 255 pounds shredded, while Moe keeps a steady 245 pounds..

Moe will usually stay at the Ironman Fit Expo around the Pro Fight Supplements Booth.
