- At approximately 12:15 - 12:30pm Eastern time on December 27, 2005, Craig Ryan and Kelly Titus were brought into the Stoughton, Massuchusetts Court House. The hearing was short, and since the state of Nevada did not have enough documents or paperwork to extradite them at this time, they postponed the hearing until January 11th or sometime around then. However, they did plead not guilty to the charges.
Craig & Kelly looked a lot better than they did when they found them. At the hearing, they had two lawyers there, and when they go back to Nevada, they are already working on some excellent lawyers. They are currently staying at the Northfolk County Correctional Facilities, In Dedham, Massachusetts until the next hearing.
There were some news crews filming so we should be able to get soom footage from outside the courtroom.
