Derik Farnsworth: Training for the 2006 Ironman Pro Signs with Instone Nutrition January 24, 2006

Derik Farnsworth is preparing for the 2006 Ironman Pro. He is 100% clean, and he looks pretty good. He is currently squatting 550lbs for reps of 10, dumbbell pressing with 140lbs dumbbells, and leg pressing over 1,000 lbs for 100 rep sets during leg workouts! He currently weighs 167 lbs at a height of 5'2", and is leaner than he's ever been! Derik recently became the first IFBB pro to sign an endorsement deal with Sly Stallone's Instone Nutrition. "It was time for something new. It's a new year for me, a new beginning, and I've got a totally new package I'll unveil at this year's Ironman. Thanks to constant hard training and never-ending attention to my nutrition, even in the off-season, and now with the help of Instone Nutrition, I'm in better shape now than I've ever been in my entire life!
