Titus & Ryan Case Arraignment in Court "100% not guilty" says Titus March 30, 2006

Thursday, Craig & Kelly & Anthony were in court. The proceedings are now away from Judge Bonaventure, and have been moved to state court, which now features a new district judge named Jackie Glass. Today's court appearance was short, was basically it was to set a trial date and the enter a plea. When asked for their pleas, Craig said loudly "100% not guilty", while Kelly was a lot quieter, simply saying "not guilty". Anthony also pleaded 'not guilty'. When will the next court appearance will be for Craig & Kelly. We are not sure. But one thing is for sure - that this case is not going away this year, nor will be have answers to many of the questions we are looking for. That is because the judge set the trial to start on January 22, 2007. Yes, almost 8 1/2 months away from now. Does that mean nothing is going to happen until then. No. There will be a myriad of motions and other court filings, including bail hearings and motion to supress some key statements that were taken without the consent of Craig & Kelly. And every day, some new stories, rumors and more people come out to tell what they knew of the final days with Kelly & Craig during the month of December 2005.
