Titus & Ryan Case Bail denied from both Craig & Kelly April 18, 2006

As if Craig & Kelly even had a chance here in a Las Vegas courtroom when the judge denied them bail. Now, this isn't the original judge which did so, but a new judge, one that most likely will be the same judge during the trial next year. Clark County District Judge Jackie Glass said that Titus & Ryan are significant flight risks, so no bail, despite the arguments from their lawyers. The lawyers were seeking $250,000 for Titus, and $25,000 for Ryan. According to Craig's lawyer, Craig is disappointed but not surprised that he didn't get bail with all of the media hoopla around. But he is prepared for the long haul, and confident that the truth will come out in the long run. So what is next for Craig & Kelly? It looks like a hearing coming up July 13th where the defense team is looking to suppress statements illegally obtained and presented to the Grand Jury while they were in Massachusetts.
