  • Anderson, Tatiana
Tatiana was named after a Russian Princess and this is how her fairytale life began. Shortly after she was born in Las Palmas, Gran Canary Islands, Spain, her family moved to America. She started twirling a baton at the young age of 3. By the age of 9, she retired as a World Champion Baton Twirler with over 150 trophies. She grew up as a active kid involved in cheerleading, pep squad, drill team and beauty pageants. At the age of 14, she became certified to teach aerobics, not realizing that fitness would become her passion and profession. At the age of 18, she became one of the youngest professional cheerleaders with the USFL Houston Gamblers. In 1994 - 1995, when the NBA Houston Rockets won the world championship, guess who was there cheering them on. You are right, Tatiana, and she has a championship ring to prove it! Another great cheerleading experience came with the NFL Denver Broncos in 1996.

As if that was not exciting enough, Tatiana has had an equally exciting fitness career. Teaching aerobics since 14, she made her first career move to aerobic director at the elite resort in Houston, The Houstonian. The Sans Souci Hotel & Spa in Jamaica was not only a career move as the Spa Director but the first away from home experience. Watching cruise ships sail in and out of port gave Tatiana her next goal. For three years, Tatiana sailed the seas as a fitness director with the Cunard Cruise Lines. Tatiana's last cruise was a three month around-the-world journey. She saw places one would only read or dream about. From riding camels in Egypt to donkeys in Greece; from scuba diving in the Caribbean Islands to parasailing in the French Rivera; from a safari in the jungles of Africa to walking the streets of Jerusalem.

Since entering her first beauty pageant at the age of five, Tatiana has always enjoyed competition. She held the title of Ms. Petite Texas, Ms. Texas Fitness and Ms. National Fitness. In the Ms. Fitness USA, she was 1st runner up and in the Ms. Fitness World, she was 2nd runner up Now retired, Tatiana trains other competitors in all aspects of competition. Owning her own business, Pageant Personified, she consults competitors all over the world in nutrition, supplementation, workouts, wardrobe, hair and make up, stage presentation and choreography. She is also busy with personal appearances, infomercials, hosting fitness competitions and promoting her book, "Step by Step Guide to Fitness Competition Success". Tatiana has been featured in many magazines including Ironman, Oxygen, Muscle Media, Ms. Fitness and has co-hosted ESPN2 Kiana's Flex Appeal, along with hosting the Ms. Fitness World Competitions.
