There is a Walgreens next to where i get my dry cleaning done.
A few weeks ago some lady got attacked by a homeless guy exiting the front door of the store.
It's a known homeless area that most people try to avoid.
So, this lady organized a protest against Walgreens to employ security guards.
During the protest in front of this Walgreens, the SAME homeless guy walked up next to the group of people protesting and pissed on the sidewalk in front of everyone. 
The police did nothing and typically do nothing about homeless people, it's like they are a protected species.
And yes, i live in a Democratic controlled City that is anti-police.
This will end when store owners realize they can pay homeless people to police their own.
I don't mean stopping them from stealing, I mean stop them from doing anything we don't want them to do.
How much would someone have to pay you to beat the hell out of someone?
Now how much do you think some meth addicted nut would charge?
The Mafia did it back when the Irish wouldn't police Italian neighborhoods, it's only a matter of time.
