i disagree, voting for a anti-war president would be a vital mistake.
we need a war-time president.  despite your feelings about iraq, we are still fighting terrorists all over the world that want to cause more blood shed over here.
times have changed.
we don't need another "appeaser".

We need a 'leader' to be as little like Bush as possible.  Bush is not a 'wartime president' - he just happens to be a guy to started a war that we're losing. 

I see anti-war as being the same as anti-Bush (given the totality of circumstance), but if you feel they should be separate, I'm cool with that.  I want an anti-Bush candidate.

Dude - you've got, what, roughly 150,000 U.S. troops on the ground right now and haven't even secured the road from the airport to downtown Baghdad in 4 years.  Do you have any idea how large Iraq is?

What we NEED is - to NOT NEED THEIR DAMN OIL. Let them drink it and kill each other like they so much enjoy. Unfortunately that is not a quick fix.

It's not a quick fix, especially if we insist on keeping oil people in power.  As long as they have the ability to send brown and black people overseas to kill other brown and black people for black crude, they will do so. 

The cost of converting our infrastructure, economy, and way of life away from oil will be astronomical, but the cost of not doing so will be far worse.

Tre: I like some of your points often. The (House Resources Committee I believe?) calls these unseen energy costs...   
   "EXTERNALITIES"    That translates to soldiers legs and arms and other things to these politicians.
So, the costs of change may not be as high as it seems.  Our Veterans costs due to this war is stagering.
I dont want to seem sick here, Im not doing cost accounting on soldiers lives and limbs, I just want them to get out of that Hell for good.

Im not sure about your  Browns/ Blacks/ sent to kill same for oil statement: There are, Im sure more white guys in the US military than other races, please correct me if you have stats prove otherwise.
I think everyone wants the same thing here. But there is No easy fix- not for a long time Im afraid.

I wanted Bush to Invade Iraq, but it was a mistake in retrospect. This is why construction workers dont get to be President. We'd just Nuke 'em all.
