hahaha, go read Bluto's thread on the G&O about using muscle in a fight. I've seen at least 25 cage fighters who have posted in it, including people who have had their skull fractured, won 25v1's and ko'ed Fedor and CroCop simultaneously with a flying Jackie Chan tornado leg kick of death, all while keeping their TapOut shirt spotless.  ::)
