Refresh my memory....what question? Never mind. This is stupid. You never answer questions. You change the subject. When someone does answer your dumb ass questions, you ignore the answer. I am not interested in playing this game with you. Have fun with Strawman...although I think he's getting bore with you too.

He continues to ask over and over again, ignoring every time anyone answers.   He's stupid.   You can't break through his delusions.  HAHAHAHA  He will never progress beyond his current mental state.

25 pages of posts but only 61 votes?

Oh and Youtube is so scared of reasonable people questioning the fraud that they censor John Eastman and his Steamboat Institute talk.  Watch the hour long video talk linked in this article, very calm, reasonable and knowledgeable.  Why the censorship?

https://spectator.us/topic/youtube-steamboat-institute-interview-john-eastman-election-fraud-trump/

Just posts the above link whenever they want "proof" that they won't even watch.

Based on this, I think Strawman (leftist crazy) should be gone as payback for leftist censorship of even very reasonable views on the right

Yes - good garage set up and I have given you credit for that.  No idea about the homeless encampment though around the back.

Speaking of that, I did buy the Ironmaster adjustable bench, with a dip attachment, and an extra fat pad.

Someone had it for 250 bucks with all the attachments.

Haven't decided whether to keep it because the bench is higher off the ground, and hard for me to push unless I set up something on the floor.

Extremely well built piece of equipment though.

Interesting, I find the bench to be too low off the ground and the seat is way too low for any kind of seated pressing (at least for me)

The primary reason I purchased that bench was for the chin up attachment.
Since then I've purchased pretty much all the other attachments (leg extension/leg curl, hyper extension, dip, preacher and foot attachment for decline.

I think the only exercise I actually use the bench itself for is incline dumbbell curls.

I do have two sets of their DB handles and but I didn't buy their plates.  I use standard dumbbell plates.
I also bought a few pairs of magnetic plates that are perfect if you want to quickly adjust the weight up or down in relatively small increments.

That's cool about all the attachments.  The thing is a beast in that respect.  I'll check those out.

I haven't tried any incline to test the low seat thing, but I did see it has 3 options for height adjustment there.

I have their DBs that go 10-120.

Quality brand for sure.

I have the superbench pro and it only has two slots for the seat both of which are below the mechanism that allows the bench to be rotated up

At the moment I'm trying to figure out how I can fit in a lat pull/low pulley machine
I assembled this gym piece by piece last year and if I was starting over from scratch with an empty garage I would have set it up a bit different

The only option I have now it to remove some free standing cabinets in my garage to make some more room but if I could get a high/low pulley row I that would pretty much complete the set up.

That makes sense.

The guy who sold me the superbench sold it because he has the pro.  He complained about the same thing, but said he preferred it because it was lower to the ground.  Ultimately that won out for him.

I really didn't even need it, but it was $500 bucks worth of equipment for $250, so I figure I can flip it if I don't keep.

When are you going explain why you think that Trumps AG Billy Barr initiated "dem hit job" on Matt Gaetz

Is lifelong Republican Billy Barr a secret Democrat?

Nah....you would find the cliff notes tedious because that is what they would be. Imagine a conversation about nothing of importance that constantly goes in circles all day long.

Or the Supreme Court majority, or the Republican lead Election Staff, or Republican elected governors, etc.. etc.. etc...  all who "stole" the election from Trumpy.
