Here is Branch Warren, just one week after the Mr. O contest. Can you say edema? Blood pressure? I hope this guy starts taking at least a nominal interest in his own health...

Branch doesnt look one bit decent, but he looked like shit at the O, so this doesnt suprise me.....

WTH did Branch east in one week? Just because it is offseason doesn't mean trash your physique. I think he should try to bring his physique back down to the size of the Arnold this year where he looked much more complete than at the Olympia. He was just too big at the Olympia IMO.

its pretty easy to put on 20-40lbs within a few days after a show...lots of water retention.

i think he is smart, and here's why. He knows he is known for extreme conditioning. Why would he jeopardize his health for a longer period of time than he has too? the solution; get waterlogged as soon as possible after competing. Don't stay dry for long.
