ive started working calves and hamstrings everyday post mr.getbig contest. but pre mr.get big i never worked calves or hams. you will see the sickest difference next contest
Cool. On my part I have already gained 2 1/2 inches on my chest and an inch on everything else except waist.

Depends. Today I did 2 hours of arms plus 23min of cardio. I am thinking of switching to fullbody routines. I do so much different things and its fun to try out different training routines.
One thing I noticed about you alexxx. You sure change your routines regularly. discuss.
I can't keep away from the gym. I like to test and see which routine does what to my physique. I want to be the best I can be.
