But hey. Whatever

After talking with my coach (yes, he knows how to coach) he suggested that in addition to doing the already planned Masters class, Looks like I’ll also be giving the open class a shot as well. Would make be by far the oldest in both classes.

I hope you've done proper due diligence to identify whether he is a fake coach or not.

Read somewhere that it was important.

That’s great to hear you’re doing the open class also & Definitley Why Not,
No Reason You Can’t do Really well in both classes.

Definitely where I need to be and ahead. Maybe about a 11/2-2% to go so just basically cruising for the next 2-21/2 weeks then tighten it up until peak week. Holding at around 203.

Won't comment on what I'm taking but training is 4 on 1 off. Diet is just under 2700kcal 47% P, 40% C and 15% fat. with a couple of cheat meals a week.

How many days a week are you training?
How many days does each body part get hit?
How many sets per body part?
Are you increasing the weight each set or staying with the same weight?
Any cardio yet?
Any pictures yet or are you saving them for the contest?

At this point I think coach should just go all in

Gh, insulin, peptides, 2 gram of test a wk, live it all up and be a huge bber at 255, 5 percent
