My initial question was on performance enhancing drugs, when the term PED is used it’s for this specific reference, it’s not 2006 anymore.

Sleep is performance enhancing, so are shoes, a stress free environment, proper clothing, consistent training, food, automobiles and air planes; what if these athletes were forced to take sail boats to Tokyo….
