Ephedrine can still be found here in the States - Bronkaid and Primatene. The problem is that now they have to log it, so it becomes a big old thing. Only a couple of stores in my area still offer it. My understanding is it's still popular with old people, so try older neighborhoods. Aside from the bodybuilding uses, it still is a great decongestant.
I currently get Bronkaid at Walgreens. I do have to sign something, show ID, and am limited to two boxes. Each box has 60 25mg tabs of ephedrine. On legs days, I take one with a 200mg caffeine pill, and a baby aspirin. Other days, I may just take 1/2 with caffeine. I used to get Primatene, but it seems to have disappeared off the market.
