How does this get enforced? The opposing attorney and/or the trial judge calls out an attorney who over steps the rules of law. The means it is subjective.

It is wise not too put much faith in the Hippocratic Oath, which may be even more subjective. It is based strictly on the physician's judgment even if his colleagues do not agree. Also, notice that it is based on the physician's judgment, not the patient's.

Not confirmed, but the story I read is Trump hitched a ride from Fla to Newark once when his plane was under repair. Was not on any trips to the island.

If true, I still totally expect the media to conflate his trips with Clinton's and Prince Andrew's island trips.

If they wanted to uncover big names they would have offered her a plea.  She isn't even charged with abuse. They boosted up very mild charges into "sex trafficking across state lines" because Epstein had homes in different states.  The prosecution even has to put on a bunch of liberal psychologists to define what "grooming" girls for Epstein even means as there was no violence charges.  They could let this "grooming" shit go with a plea if they wanted to really expose shit. She'll be convicted and a bunch of powerful men will breathe a BIG sigh of relief.
     We've got FULL BLOWN sex trafficking rings of 1000's of minors at our southern border with the cartel illegal immigrant smuggling of young girls and the Fed's don't give a shit. But they have to get rid of this story quick to protect the powerful. She'll be sent away and never heard from again. Use common sense. The Fed's for THESE CRIMES, during THIS time period gave Epstein. when alive. a sweetheart plea deal but they stick it to Ghislaine with 85 years? She was NYC Chief Medical Examiner, overseeing and determining the deceased cause of death was what she did.

Epstein died in August 2019. His cause of death was made official that same month.

Prior to the pandemic, Sampson oversaw the autopsies of Eric Garner, Joan Rivers and Jeffrey Epstein, each of which which generated a degree of public controversy.

She held this position for 23 years. No doubt she was ready for something new. I doubt the Epstein case alone played much into her decision.

The prosecution in Ghislaine Maxwell's trial was expected to wind things up this coming Friday after their fourth witness testified. It looks like this may not happen as planned. On this, the ninth day of the trial, one of the lawyers is ill and the judge paused the proceedings. This lawyer's questioning is necessary to continue the trial. Originally, the attorney's expected the trial to last 6 weeks. Stay tuned.

Some trial watchers question the proficiency of prosecution's case believing it to be weak and missing the mark in several areas. For one, none of the high profile people involved with Epstein and Maxwell and possibly the abused, have been called to testify. Not much of a surprise here.

Next up, will Maxwell testify in here own defense? It seems unlikely this will be the case....she's not exactly someone who evokes much empathy or someone the jury is likely to feel sympathy towards. Was she a just another Epstein victim or was she his cohort as the prosecution has portrayed her to be?
