but i find this for legs when i googled it

you can always get his video m3 if youre really interested, its one of the better videos out there imo

Stiff-leg deadlifts  6       8-10

* The final set is a drop set.


been a long time since i saw that video but i cant recall seeing kevin ever do squats so not sure how accurate that is

miltary press alt. bnp 4x8-12
db press 4x8-12
db front raise 4x8-12
cable or db side laterals 4x8-12

I got it from the old Flexonline site that had full articles. it also said he had be doing this routine for  5 years.

but i also saw this routine from "shocker"
barbell press 4x8-12
DB front raise 4x8-12
side laterals 4x8-12
upright rows 4x8-12

same routine in the evening.

when Kevin trained for the O. he did the same routine in the morning and at night. kevin only trained 6 months a year

Take his advice with a grain of salt; Kev had a genetic predisposition towards development in which case most exercises would've worked IMO, but he doesn't know it. He tends to think in very standard terms, which is fine for someone with his genetics.

It looks like he did 36 sets for legs.  If you're not Kevin Levrone and you don't have access to multiple grams of testosterone and hundreds of IU's of HGH, then DO NOT follow his workout routine.

Also, he says "go heavy" then you notice his rep range is anywhere from 8-20  ::)

His routing was fairly simple,
six months on, six months off.

but that six mouths on. means six month on  'EVERYTHING" If a people can go from 190-245 while on a precontest. you know hes on something

4 days is plenty; some believe anything after 2-3 days allows the muscle to start sliding backwards. Coleman, Schwarzenegger, Oliva, Haney all believed in twice weekly training per muscle.

Arnold  always overtrained, doing six days a week but with a double split. no one trains like that anymore after Dorain Yates. showed that rest and recovery was more important then training. if some posted a 6 day workout on here. you guys would laugh him of the board

Wrong. Push-pull legs each muscle done twice a week has been  shown to be superior especially for natties. Forget Yate's mythical bs. Levrone actually has the right approach.

Levrone trained like this most pf the time

Chest 3 to 4 exercises
Shoulders 3 to 4 exercises
Triceps 1 to 3 exercises (he would usually just do Cable pushdowns for 4 sets of 20 reps for his triceps as they were fatigue from doing chest and shoulders)

Back 4 to 6 exercises
Biceps 3 exercises

Quads 3 to 4 exercises
Hamstrings 1 to 2 exercises
Calves 1 to 3 exercises

He did low reps on the compounds around 6 to 8
Machines and some isolations he did higher reps around 10 to 15
Sets were 4 for the most part per exercise

He would pyramid up on each set to a top set at times
Other times he would keep the weight the same on each set
He never did negatives
He rarely went to failure
