I think you can get a full body workout with just Military press & Squats but my favourite exercise has to be the Military press with a Barbell what is your favourite?

Don't know what he weighs but he look very short like 5'5 or 5'6 so he probably weighs about 180-190 if so that is strength is otherworldly

standing overhead press with a Barbell is a very underrated exercise for full body strength

Agreed but I do behind the neck instead of the front

Thinking and hoping it works more of the side delt but I just don't know for sure

Point taken

So would you say that a chin up is superior to a curl for bicep development, and that a close grip bench or dip.is superior for tricep development compared to an isolation tricep move?

Mentzer claimed that a chin up or close grip palms up pulldown is the best exercise for the biceps 💪

Power clean and press would be my pick if considered to be one lift.

I think it does worth the side delt more.

Because the elbows are out wider right?

I agree. If you had one lift this would be it.

That lifter doing reps with close to 300lbs in the military press is incredibly strong. It would have been more impressive if he cleaned the weight from the floor. Mike Mentzer had trouble with 300lbs in the push press.

Power and strength are two different things.

I think power is more an innate thing.

Strength can be developed.

Yeah ..feeling that pump 💪  although it's not a guarantee to muscle growth
I've trained muscle groups & not really felt the muscles but still got growth.
Bodybuilding isn't just about lifting big weights.
Powerlifting is another game which I'm no expert on.
Chaos is the expert on lifting heavy weights.
I've never been a good Bench presser but I can pull quite well on Back.
However I still get decent results even with mediocre weights on chest.
Just wouldn't be a good Powerlifting man 😄

Frazier never lifted weights in his life. He had sick power. It's a  different entity from strength though slightly related.  When I lifted in a commercial gym the owner had a heavy bag in this lifting gym.  I would watch 400lbs plus benchers hit the bag like a little girl. They had strength but no power. Power is how fast you can release strength.  Sprinting, punching, jumping are some examples of power. Olympic lifters should be called power lifters and power lifters should be called strength lifters.

I remember where I lived growing up there was a nutty old Professor who we called Davy Crockett.
Apparently he was an Ex Professor at a University in Physics & he basically went crazy.
I heard from people that in his house he had written mathematical formulas over every wall.
As a joke we rang his door bell one day & asked him to explain the theory of relatively ( something like that)
On his doorstep he started ranting about all this stuff.
Sometimes I'm glad I never really understood all that stuff...🤪
