they keep using this same asswipe reporter for all the sound bites...
as far as the autopsy results...the official cause of death is asphyxia which could mean she was not dead before being put into the trunk, yet succumbed to smoke inhalation etc. (it could still mean she died as a result of strangulation, but if there is any type of smoke residue in her lungs, then she was still alive)
so that's really important....if she did die as a result of the fire, and because she was placed in the trunk while also being tied & gagged, I believe the death penalty would be very feasible
