Four years after the top-grossing US film about a hapless Kazakh TV reporter, Kazakhstan's premier comedy director has come up with a riposte.The main character of the "sequel" is Bilo, Borat's brother, only briefly mentioned in the original. Together the two brothers engage in various high-jinks.
