My previous pr at 6% was 52 shoulders and 15.5 arms at 157
Now I'm 8.5% with 49 inch shoulders and 14.25 arms at 154
So only 3 pounds lighted but lost 3 inches off my shoulders and over an inch off each arm
We revamped my diet to hit 4 leucine threshold meals per day
I was only eating 2 and sometimes 3
