Get some new material. You allready posted that 50 times this weekend. I could do the same thing, posting about your dad, mom and sister, but what would that accomplish? Exactly the same that you have - nothing.

I've seen some small guys that were powerlifters and were freakishly strong.
We had one that trained at Kevin Levrone's gym in Serverna Park.
