Anybody have a link for a list of federations that do un-tested shows frequently in the South East US? I'm googling every federation I pull up is tested or polygraphed my local gyms act like there are only natty shows available... Thinking of trying out a show next year amateur don't even know where ide fit in. Being realistic ide have to b around 190-200 at 6ft to b lean ready well now but next year mAyb 5-10 lbs more hopefully
