Tried a very different chest workout last night.standing chest press with cablespushups with chains...increased the amount of chains each set then superseted the last one.super slow chest machine.pec decstraight bar curls db curlsabs
8 mile ruck march w 50lb pack. Average 17 minute mile pace.
I imagine you burn a lot of calories doing those type of workouts. Do you do them in mountains and forests.
Streets of NY using runkeeper to keep track of pace and time. runkeeper is fucking awesome app and free on the iphone. I think this am it took me a little over 2 hours and I burned about 1200 calories
