Very planned out as well as rational, according to "current best knowledge," some of this is "trendy" as well but logical.
Many good bodybuilders have dosed more on a whim without any real goal except getting as good as possible. I think this is better. This planned schedule is somewhat due to country and ethnicity as well, it does change a bit between countries. However, many are using coaches from different countries so many may have very similar plans.
