I was born in 1953
Because of 90% Chinese bb books copy from English
So I decided to write my own bodybuilding book
And I drew all images by myself ......
It's take more than 3 years to finish it .

Now, that's impressive.

Although I only have 25 years of weight training experience, I'm gonna chime in.

The great philosopher Schopenhauer said that in the first half of life you're living off the interest of your capital; in the second half of life, you're living off the capital itself.

Keeping that in mind, IMO, by the time you hit 40, you pretty much are what you are, and the improvements that you make are very subtle. To work each muscle twice a week at this point, to me, is overkill. Once every two weeks is fine. In addition, I regularly do isometrics and yoga to maintain muscle condition and flexibility. Lastly, I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, not for any health benefits (Although it's great for cardio), but because it's a passion of mine.

My workout is 4 days on;1 day off. still keep training in holidays:
1st day---chest & back,Abs
2nd day---shoulders ,Abs
3rd  day---arms ,Abs
4th  day---legs

And I favour  high-Intensity training ,such as  Milos Sarcev's giant sets...
Train hard or go home !!

I am little older then you, I did to write my own workout book, will be on DVD next month, I would like to send you a copy of my book (free of charge) and I would like to purchase a copy of your book. What is unusual with my concept that I am incorporating negative movement every time I workout, it don`t meter if I am doing super sets, giant sets , tri sets, I always incorporate the negatives and most of the workouts are executed on machines.

that is true 100 per cent...

but u just want to burn calories to lose fat, so walking is perfect and u will keep ur muscle.

i guarantee if u walk 3 times per week for an hour, within a month u will be much much more defined!

The great philosopher Schopenhauer said that in the first half of life you're living off the interest of your capital; in the second half of life, you're living off the capital itself.

Schopenhauer ... ahhh ... now THERE'S a Philosopher. Though a pessimist, he's still a great Philosopher. Right on, man !  :)
