Cleaning the dishes

This used to horrify my mother-in-law (RIP), but I figure - 'eh - they hit the hot, soapy water before I use them again.........  :D

Do you let your pet lick your dishes?

Oh yeah.

He's learned which meals involve plate cleaning and is like a coiled spring all through dinner.  :-\

Our old dog was a plate-licker (the current dogs do not get people food).

Once we had a couple over for dinner and after dinner my husband put his plate on the floor for the dog to lick!  Right in front of the guests  :-\ 

These are people where the man wears a nice golf outfit to mow his lawn.  Why don't they ever call us anymore  ???
