PBW Welcomes Rich Gaspari and UFC's James Irvin  (Listen Now - On-Demand)

This week, "Pro Bodybuilding Weekly" welcomed the legendary Rich Gaspari to the show.  The 3-time Olympia runner-up and Arnold Classic champ remains listed among the greatest of all time.  The Hall-of-Famer makes his PBW debut as MuscleTech presents this weeks edition of bodybuilding talk radio. - This weeks episode also includes appearances by Flex Magazine Senior Editor Allan Donnelly and industry marketing guru Isaac Hinds.
 
This Week on PBW's "Pep Talk":   Larry visits UFC star James "The Sandman" Irvin, just days after he set the record for fastest knockout in UFC history.  Known for building one of the best physiques in all of mixed martial arts, Irvin will discuss training, nutrition as well as his big win over the highly regarded Houston Alexander.  Pep Talk airs during the final 30 minutes of PBW's new 90 minute format.

Gaspari is a great role model for today's crop of bodybuilders.  Never has a guy done more with less.

Gaspari should have beaten Haney. The guy was shredded.  He and Levrone should have won it at least once each.

I got knocked the #$(&^ out like that in 4th grade.  I never saw it coming.  Cool fight.  I bet a lot of people were still looking for their seat and realized the fight was over.

Be realistic dude. Gaspari was fantastic and di more with his bag of genetics than anyone BUT he couldn't have beaten Haney EVER!

I just think that Gasapri's conditioning was the best to come along in years. He was ahead of his time. I remember seeing him in the magazines and he had cuts and detail better than anyone else at that time.

His conditioning was incredible, BUT I saw them both compete and Haney was un-beatable in his day and genetically so far beyond gaspari. Same happened once Labrada got as ripped. Gaspari just didn't have the tools to beat him.
