My current workout consists of x3 a week HST. Usually have deads and other exercises in there but try to mix it up once a week. To be honest I have always made my best strength agains on HST rather than splits but that is just me.

Nice man.  That would snap my spine.

The most I have ever done is low 500's in squat a loooong time ago in a meet.  I remember that anything after 400 always felt heavy. I never got a comfortable feeling or steadiness with the weight even though I could keep doing more.  Is there a point for you that you reach where you are not confident or shaky walking it out?  Maybe for you around 700?  Hope that makes sense.  :D

Im not going to take a weight I think I might miss. EVER. strong abs and a proper arch will prevent the shaking. also, I know it sounds dumb, but for the most part, everything over 600 pretty much feels the same. heavy.
