It's this fascinating concept where you run/walk/jog for an extended period of time. Generally done to lose weight and/or burn fat. Perhaps you should put down the second-rate lasagna and give it a whirl?

On a side note, did start talking to this smoking hot chick that always lifts when I do today. First impression went like shit, though. Fear not, for Thursday (if there's more than a sprinkling of snow on the ground I won't be there tomorrow) the situation will be rectified! :'(

Haven't been able to go to the gym because I got in a fight with a mate of mine and now my elbow is fucked. can't straighten my arm. so i have used my time wisely and had 3 bottles of rum in the last 5 days.
