Can we get an answer on the amount of GH Phil uses for his prep? We need some real questions and real answers, not how he is eating more and training with the new FST-8 or how he might get "food poisining" hours away from the Pre-Judging?

i never get to listen to these things. >:( this interview is almost 1gig wtf?? just dialog why don't they compress it to like 96kbps? i only get 5gig a month allowance and they cap me hard.

When they asked Kai on PBW why his posing routines aren't as great as they were a few years ago, Kai said he cant do what he used to do back when he weighed like 30lbs less.
I guess that makes sense. But its still pretty sad when you really think about it :-/

Kai needs to hold his poses for longer.
He is a mass monster now people need more time to take it what they are seeing to appreciate it fully.
A good example was Haney in 1991. The first half of his routine is very slow but he looks so good that the audience responds better than some of his faster routines from 1989 and other years.

That's 'PACO' in the center of the photo.
I don't know his exact relationship with Nubret but I spoke to him many times and always enjoyed the conversation.
I believe he is/was very wealthy and owns/owned a major European perfume/calogne company called "PACO PUBLAN" or something similar to that name.
With that said, can anyone recall the major ad campaigne for JOOP? My nephew was the "star" of that advertising campaigne and became world famous over-night, but that only lasted for a month or two.
But the money he got back then has enabled him to surf just about every day in Malibu and hang around some damn impressive peoples.
