Getbig Updates - new look - ideas - and updating other items

Yeah I was trying to look at getbig on my phone yesterday and it's all wonky.

What do you mean the mobile them? Are we talking for cell phones?

Ron any chance of making the text 5% larger and the background hue slightly less blue/purple. In this one you can not see the whole pic straight up,it's concealed and you have to move left/right. That kills the experience. Also,the threads I posted in are not marked. The worst for me however is the lack of option for browsing through Who's online. I used to view random interesting topics from the last 10 years

Yes, one thing at a time, as I am just getting used to some things to.  Also, I am still working Monday thru Friday trying to survive with business way down, even though we are in an essential business (nutrition distribution).  The IT guy is trying new things, some may work well, some may not, and will tweak it.

The new colour is ok, but it sort of looks like the default board colour for Simple Machines.

I've been talking with Ron, and we are discussing a few color-schemes and themes.

(I have sent him some suggestions to look over next week since he is busy with family this weekend)

We will eventually leave the default look, no worries Getbiggers!

Yes mate cell/mobile phone, all photos are either too wide or stretched upwards now, always preferred computer style display even when viewing on phone most sites have option to switch can’t find it on here

I'm all for however Ron decides the board should look and function...Getbig is his website and his board. We are all just guests here. If he decides to let members have a say in how they'd like it to appear, that is fine too. Ultimately, it will be his decision though. Having said this, I miss the ability to look at my own post history.

On my 6s phone, in the usual vertical view, all the photos are either cutting off on the right side or the image is vertically compressed.  I have to turn the phone horizontally to see the full or normal photo.

Also I miss the Last Post column info.

I like the new color scheme, but the Forums headings aren’t as easy to read as they used to be.

Of course the iPhone system is different that a smart phone, which probably accounts for why the forum looks fine on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Turning the screen so that the content is landscape instead of portrait style makes all the content easier to read, IMO. However, all content is there regardless of whether you looking at the screen vertically or horizontally. The colors and contrast are easy on the eyes and attractive, IMO.
