Thanks for the response. The possibilities etcetera allows is too broad for me to comment on. The other reasons you've mentioned, depend on additional circumstances.

Both my sisters were adopted at birth because their birth mothers decided they'd have the possibility of a better life. They enriched my parents lives and mine. I'm glad my parents were able to adopt them and that their birth mothers didn't abort their pregnancies. When it is at all feasible, abortion should not be an option. This is my personal opinion, which is not influenced by any religious beliefs.

Unfortunately, abortion laws are sometimes convoluted to suit specific agendas. Unfortunately, some people make bad decisions with regard to abortion.

Just for giggles and grins:

In the U.K. abortion is permitted up to 24 weeks.  Afterward, special circumstances only.

In Russia, Denmark, Norway, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy abortion is permitted up to 12 weeks (first trimester).  Afterward, special circumstances only.

In Mexico it varies by state, but there are heavy restrictions except in Mexico City, where it's allowed through the first 12 weeks.

Poland essentially bans all abortions except in special circumstances.

All the Snowflake and Moonbat meltdowns today have been great.

I've been walking around with an erection ever since Collins' speech.

Might have to rub one out.

What a day. ;D

what part of my post do you disagree with

define the bet

I would literally bet you money Roe v. Wade never gets overturned.  We can have an escrow account with Ron holding the money or just a gentleman's agreement.  I will not welch if I lose.

Let me know the wager you’re comfortable with, it ain’t getting overturned.

Interesting. Most of the European countries listed have pretty low birth rates. In the U.S. the birth rate is 1.84. Mexico's is higher.

If you parse it by race, the birthrates are only low for Asians and Whites. All other groups have positive fecundity rates. Whites are aging and their replacement rates are insufficient to sustain their economies. In a melting pot like the U.S. that's of minimal concern other than to extreme-right White supremacists but in countries with homogeneous populations like Denmark or Norway, it's a huge problem, and is the real reason they're importing immigrants from Africa and the Middle East with historically high birthrates. Put another way, whites still fuck but they don't reproduce.

Well, it does not help that the governments of the West are trying their best to make it easy for women to abort babies - up to 24 weeks as was stated for the UK. Add in feminism, women in the work place, contraception, promotion of homosexuality and transgenders (Bruce Jenner) etc. is it any surprise the birth rate is so low? Is is of course the goal of the elite to have a low birth rate for whites. It is part of the genocidal agenda they embarked on in the 20th century and continuing now. These governments could have:

- Encouraged their citizens to have more children.
- Discouraged divorce via financial penalties for those that divorce.
- Outlawed abortions unless rape could be proven beyond reasonable doubt. If a female made a false claims of rape she should be forced to have a two babies. And if she fails to care for them she should be forced to have 2 more babies and failing that death penalty. At least she delivered 4 babies so not a huge loss if executed via impalement.
- Outlawed contraception.
- Outlawed woman in the work place.
- Outlawed feminism.
- Outlawed homsexuality.
- Outlawed gender neutrality.
- Outlawed talks of immigration.
- Severe punishment for anyone that engages in any of the outlawed behavior above. Fertile white females could receive mandatory pregnancy as punishment. Cucks and traitors - death via impalement, torture etc.

As you can see, there are lots of options to get that birth rate up. Start by publicly executing anyone that promotes abortions. Once abortion is zero then move on to outlaw feminism etc. All things that break down the family should be destroyed. Anyone standing in the way exterminated.

At least China is trying to encourage their citizen to have more children.

Faced with falling birth rates, China urges citizens to have more babies

And you are surprised by this?? lol! There is a reason the birth rates are so low: Abortion, feminism, women in the work place, promotion of homosexuality, failure to limit pornography, push for gender neutrality etc. etc. All these things will fuck with birth rates.

Will they? I think you're overstating a bit.

One reason that comes to mind to explain lower birth rates is that raising a child costs $233,610. ... Adding a child represents a major financial stress: The cost of raising a child today is $233,610 – excluding the cost of college – for a middle-income family, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

all bullshit statistics
there's families of 10 in the ghetto and inner cities living in government housing and we pay for their clothes and food and utility bills
before birth control, people had huge families and they did just fine, nobody went broke or homeless

white women don't want kids anymore because they're lazy entitled pieces of shit with no respect for the atomic family model, unlike arabs, hispanics, blacks, asians - know what the major difference is between those groups and Whites? they're religious, and their religion tells them to breed and prosper through family unity, kind of like Christianity used to until liberals forced us to put it in the paper shredder

I never tallied the expense of raising my son and daughter.

You can't be saying large families living in government housing with additional subsidies is a good thing, can you?

Yes, before birth control when more children meant more free farm labor.

My late wife was a devout Catholic. She wanted five kids. We had two. We were both gainfully employed. Catholic education doesn't come cheap.

Liberals don't force people to have fewer children anymore than conservatives force people to have more. Regardless of statistics, economics, among other things, often help determine the size of families.

Intelligent (usually white or Asian) people plan for the future and try to avoid the pitfalls.  With divorce laws where a man can lose his family and a large part of his income whenever his wife doesn't have "the feels" anymore are why so many white and Asian men aren't reproducing in the U.S.

Unintelligent people don't plan for the next day let alone the rest of their lives so they have unprotected sex with any skank from da club and just let society pay for it.  I've worked with men who had children in several different states and didn't seem to have any care in the world.  If and when the law caught up with them they just quit or went to jail.

The opening scene of Idiocracy shows this accurately.

A byproduct of leftist policies

How's that?

Seems more like a byproduct of stupidity, irresponsible behavior and poor choices.  Public housing is preferable to me over them living and shitting all over my front lawn as the ever increasing number of homeless people are doing all over the Portland Metro area. If this is liberal thinking, than I am all for it.

Perpetuated by all the free social services which perpetuates laziness.  "Back in the day" we called it Welfare.  It's the give them a fish vs teaching them to fish scenario. Doubling your taxes and reducing your investments in half will still have shit on your lawn.

Broaden your thinking. There is a lot of territory between the far left and the far right. Reality lies somewhere between the two. Extremism is dividing the nation and will eventually bring us all down, IMO.

Do they still have those "tent city" camps set up in Portland?
