5 min tread mill walk
15 rounds: 20 sec run at 12 mph 1-2° incline, walk one minute (5x mixed in 10-12 reps of kettle bell curls in the minute)
40 throws, last five all out
25 tee swings (need live pitching at this point).

Fucked up my knee and won't get it looked at because we're going away in the beginning of August and I don't want to know until we get back if it's really bad.
Still lifting but I feel like the people we make fun of for not doing legs :'(

This is disappointing to see on a site called getBIG. I'm surprised that guys that are willing to inject bathtub drugs are scared to do squats because they are "dangerous". LOL
