one with 3 days of rest
drop the arms day
you dont need it

I totally agree, doing a four day split was the best choice. that i made. i've done  every split  five day,six but the four day for me, was the four to  recover more. in bodybuilding less is more. you grow outside the gym split #3 is popular with ppl doing that five day split tho. if thats the way you wanna go.
